Check out this book by Lisa Eldridge. I borrowed a copy from my library and it is an amazing read!! It’s full of the history of makeup and also the history behind famous brands.
I will screw up a homemade one because I’m inept at that sorta thing, so can ya’ll rec me one that both doesn’t suck and isn’t like $30-though I maybe will go that high if it’s really worth it... I like the elf one well enough but it’s never in stock anywhere and I have not been at all impressed with lush’s scrub.
It seems like Sephora is trying to get rid of their stock of last year’s birthday presents.
What do you guys think of a makeup swap or a makeup giveaway? A lot of people have mentioned that they have a ton of makeup they’d like to swap or give away. I figured if anyone’s interested, we can post a list of what we have along with a non-doxxing email or Twitter id (for DMs) in the comments. A couple of us were…
Open thread type post. What do y’all do with makeup purchases you bought but then found out that they weren’t good at all? Do you just throw them, give them away or keep them anyway? I bought a bunch of drugstore lip stuff that turned out to be blah (looking at you, Wet n wild Fergie lip stain and NYC lip stain).

How do you keep it on your face and off your food? I was trying out a new one today, and there were free donuts as soon as I walked into work. The closest fix is a lip stain and even then it comes off on my thermos.
If you are like me, you immediately wanted to own the Bite Beauty Watercolor Lip Gloss Library the moment you saw it, because holy cow it sure is pretty to look at!
Lalalala blah blah inane post ahead. I just feel like chatting!
I’m in dire need of makeup advice. DIRE.
Alright y’all, I seriously need to step up my skincare routine.
Woohoo, I finally got around to posting the second half of my Makeup Revolution video! And yes, in the video I do have lipstick all up and down my arm like a toddler, what can I say, I'm classy like that, hahaha. I ended up getting it all over the white chair I was sitting in, oops. Any ideas on how to get lipstick…
